School Bus Services (SBS) iscurrently processing a large number of requests for Transport Assistance. Current processing time is minimum 10 days.

We apologise to all our customers forany inconvenience that this may cause you.

While we are experiencing a substantial workload, we are endeavouring toprocess applications as quickly as possible.

Noting that the start of the school year is the busiest period for SBS,parents/carers are advised that they can lodge an application online at anytime during the school year/holidays and do not need to wait for the schools toreopen.


Please note, if you are attempting to change details relating to:

· Bank Account Details
· Contact Details (including phone, email, mobile)
· Alternative Contacts Details
You will only need to complete a Change of Details form.

· Custodial Issues
· Student Details (Including Family Address/School/Pickup & Drop-Off/ Attendance) 
· Student Medical Information, Condition or Behaviour
You will need to complete a new application form for Transport Assistance to enable School Bus Services to assess and determine if your change of circumstances has affected your current entitlement for Transport Assistance.
