We have introduced our new contact number for all Schoolbuses enquiries.
When calling follow the prompt:
Press 1 - Southern Region
Press 2 - Northern Region
Press 3 - Metro Region
Press 4 - Customer Service
Each region contains several portfolio areas that you can reach by pressing the next menu option.
To help families easily find the correct menu option for their child's school we have created interactive dialling guides.

Conveyance Allowance
If you have already been approved for student transport assistance by way of a conveyance allowance and have queries relating to:
- submitting a conveyance claim;
- re-submitting child's school attendance record; or
- payments
