Enter your Family ID, followed by #

Existing Customers - Unknown Family ID

Press 1 - Existing Customer, then

You will then be asked to select your region:

Press 1 - Southern Region

Press 2 - Northern Region

Press 3 - Education Support

Press 4 - Metro Region

Northern Region: 

If you select 1 - Northern Region, choose from the following options:

Press 1 - South East Goldfields

Press 2 - Eastern Wheatbelt

Press 3 - Mid West

Press 4 - Northern

Southern Region: 

If you select 2 - Southern Region, choose from the following options:

Press 1 - South Central

Press 2 - Great South West
