You will then be asked to select your region:

Press 1 - Southern Region

Press 2 - Northern Region

Press 3 - Metro Region

Press 4 - Customer Service

Southern Region: 

If you select 1 - Southern Region, choose from the following options:

Press 1 - South Central

Press 2 - Great South West

Press 3 - Great South Central

Press 4 - Great Southern

Press 5 - Southwest

Northern Region: 

If you select 2 - Northern Region, choose from the following options:

Press 1 - Northern

Press 2 - Eastern Wheatbelt

Press 3 - Mid West

Press 4 - South East

Metro Region: 

If you select 3 - Metro Region, choose from:

Press 6 - Metro Mainstream North

Press 7 - Metro Mainstream South
